Script error pop-up is a Java or VB Script problem on a website. Normally, you just have to set your Internet Explorer Security Settings to Default to get rid of this error. But since you are getting this error even when IE is not running, then the only possible solution is to do a Clean Boot. A Clean Boot boots up your computer with minimal needed Drivers and Programs so this way it is easier to find the software which is clashing and causing Script Error.

Go to MSConfig from run, go to Services tab, click on Hide all Microsoft Services,

Choose half of the services from the top and then restart normally and if the problem still occurs then the next time select rest of the services. This way you can narrow down the actual application which is causing the error.
