The booting process gets finished when I click the ‘restart program’ button. The real problem is that I am not able to use voice recognition software to operate the computer and I get this problem before my Dragon NaturallySpeaking software loads. Any help that I could find to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot.

If you cant reboot your system then how can you fixed the software problem that may happened by installing Dragon Naturally speaking software. So you must open your system first. If you can start your system then run it by safe mood and remove the software from c drive or where you installed and then scan your system with a updated antivirus. And now insert your rebootable disk and when appearing the combo box then reboot it for repair the file. when finish then eject your disk and reinsert it and reboot it with a fresh copy in a drive and you must be format the drive before install. Thanks
