I can not insert a new contact, when I try to  add a new contact, I get an exclamation point  in a new window and message:
You are currently offline.
I read that in IE should be something to adjust, Does someone knows anything about this issue?

Skype messenger is not at all hard apps as you can not use it, before use it you have to keep default settings in Skype.
You may change some of the one option that it happens just like that and you can not add new one.
Well don't worry about it. see the instruction, you may solve it.
Step 1:
1. First Skype log in.
2. Go to Skype after log in. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
3. Online status and make sure that you are available in online.
4. Remove tick form "Offline".
then add contact from where you need to go.
Step 2:
If it does not work then please to re-install your program and use it as you want,but install in upgrade and use default settings.
Step 3:
