Tally 9 was installed in my windows xp professional system. But when I tried to migrate data to tally 9 from older version 7.2, the following errors were given:
Internal error. Please contact Tally solutions, exiting Tally” and displays OK button.
But a yellow screen pops up with the following error when I click on OK button.
"Error! Unable to reach Tally 9 Server, Post request failed! (Click ‘Enter’ to continue).”
Help me please!!

To resolve that issue, you will need to try the following workaround:
First off you will need to restart your computer.
And then after that try migrating again and see if that will work.
If the error occurs again, the problem could be a bug in Tally 9 which is causing it to crash.
In that case therefore, you will need to call Tally solutions and then tell them about the issue that you are getting.
After the bug has been fixed you will be able to use Tally properly.
