“Internal error. Please contact Tally solutions, exiting Tally”

Hello,

Tally 9 was installed in my windows xp professional system. But when I tried to migrate data to tally 9 from older version 7.2, the following errors were given:

Internal error. Please contact Tally solutions, exiting Tally”    and displays OK button.

But a yellow screen pops up with the following error when I click on OK button.

"Error! Unable to reach Tally 9 Server, Post request failed! (Click ‘Enter’ to continue).”

Help me please!!

Hallo Nicko,

To resolve that issue, you will need to try the following workaround:

  • First off you will need to restart your computer.
  • And then after that try migrating again and see if that will work.
  • If the error occurs again, the problem could be a bug in Tally 9 which is causing it to crash.
  • In that case therefore, you will need to call Tally solutions and then tell them about the issue that you are getting.
  • After the bug has been fixed you will be able to use Tally properly.
