Hello Helen,

This error is popping because you have not defragmented your hard disk in a long time. You need to defragment your drives to remove this error. Perform the following steps on your drives one-by-one till all the drives have been defragmented (Say, your hard-disk is partitioned into 4 drives namely C, D, E and F, then you are supposed to do the following steps on all four drives) –

  • Open ‘My Computer’.
  • Select and Right click on drive and choose ‘Properties’.
  • Click the ‘Tools’ tab.
  • Click the ‘Defragment Now’ button.
  • Click ‘Defragment disk’ button, wait for the process to get over and then hit the OK button on all windows.
  • Repeat above steps till all disks have been defragmented.

You are done now.

Hi Helen,

That is a very amusing error message.

“Internal error:

Stack overflow. Internal stack fall down and go boom.”

I have not encountered an error like that so it led me to research about it on the internet. I found out that the error is supposed to be a joke for office amusement. You might have received this on your mail. Do not be alarmed by this error as this does not indicate any problems with your computer. You can just simply close it down and proceed with whatever you are doing.

I found a list of other amusing error messages here.
