Intermittent error when using an IM

Hi,

I just installed an Instant Messenger when I got this error message. The IM seems to be working fine, and I got this error intermittently (see screenshot below).  I have searched the web and learned that I just have to uninstall the program. 

However, I needed this program and wasn’t sure about the suggested resolution. 

I hope an expert from this site can help address this problem.

Hi Eric,

The issue you're experiencing right now is not quite difficult. Let me explain how this issue happened. When you installed Instant Messenger, there was a specific DLL file, which is the language.dll file and it was not installed for some reason. Now, this kind of issue sometimes happen. It's perfectly normal. The perfect solution for this problem is by uninstalling and reinstalling Instant Messenger. The perfect way you could do this is by  uninstalling Instant Messenger then restart your computer for a clean uninstallation. You may also check the registry after the uninstallation to check if Instant Messenger is still available in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE.. If it is, you may delete it. After a complete uninstallation, you may now start to reinstall the Instant Messenger as how you would usually install the Instant Messenger. Hope this helps.
