Hi,

I have failed to install Intellisync, the Data and PIM Synchronization software. I have visited several sites to get a remedy. With the help of the suggestion of those sites, I have tried several ways and finally failed receiving an error message. Have a look at the error message below. If you have any idea for the issue, please help.

Thanks for sharing your problem with us, first of all please check the software manufacturer site for the compatibility of the software version with the windows version you are using. If the software is compatible with the window version then try to update the window.

Hi Olivia Aust,

It’s an issue of incompatibility, did you check whether your OS are running 32bit or 64bit. Does your installer a 32bit or 64bit? That’s the things to consider before you install your software.
