I am trying to download some free applications when I received an error message on my computer. And since this is the first time it happened, I am a bit surprised and I really want to fix this as soon as possible. Aside from that, I was automatically logged out of my client and I would need to restart and kill all the processes just to start again. How can I be able to solve this issue? The error I've got is written below:

Normally, this error only appears if you have an Intel device installed on your computer like the video card but not the Intel processor. It is most of the time related to the video card since this is the most common built-in device on most motherboards aside from the network adapter that was created by Intel. The error appears because there is a corrupted driver in your system.

Since there is no particular file to check or the error doesn’t specify as to what driver caused the error, the best thing to do is to update the drivers of the devices installed on your computer. If your computer has a built-in graphics adapter, try uninstalling its driver first.

If you are using Windows 8, click Start and type without quotes “device manager” in the search box and hit Enter. Find and double-click on your video card to open its properties. Select Driver tab, click Uninstall, and restart your computer. See image.

When Windows starts, just install your video card again using the original driver. In case it didn’t fix the problem, try updating its driver by visiting Intel Download Center.
