I am getting the following error message while executing any setup created with InstallShield Prof. 7.01. Why am I getting this error and how can I solve this annoying error? I really need your help to resolve this issue immediately. Any idea would be greatly appreciated.
An error (-5004 : 0x80070005) has occurred while running the setup. Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications. If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor: Your Company name

It seems that the installer is crashing because of some setup issues.
What you need to do, is go to Start, and in the search box type RegEdit. Access it, and there you will see HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Click on it, and then Right Click on Software and click Permissions.
Under the Security tab, click on Advanced and then check the box that says Replace permission entries on all child objects with entries shown here that apply to child objects.
After all this, your problem will be solved.
