How do I download and Install Skype on my Samsung 19300 Note ?

Nothing will install automatically unless you want it to. Ok, so, if you wish to install Skype, just go to the main menu, open the browser available, open Skype website skype.com.
Then hit the 'Get Skype' menu, you will see the android download link, press ok and you are done.
Later on probably you will have some problems with battery consumption, failure to delete history and video calls but otherwise it's ok! Â

You can do this if you have an internet connection. Look for the Play Store icon in your Phone.
Play Store is the download area for Samsung and all other Android devices.
From there, look for the search box and type Skype.
The Skype application should appear and hit Install.
The app will now be downloaded to your phone and you should see the icon in your menu options.
