Sure you can. There is an option in your mainboard BIOS that is called VIRTUALIZATION. You can enter your BIOS with F2 key, and then you will find this option under Advanced Bios Settings. After this option is activated it will give you the option to choose how many and where to install OS. The second option is to create 2 Partitions on your hard drive and install one Windows to one partition, and another windows to the other partition. Both methods are good, test whichever you want.

I’m not sure what the point is of installing the same versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems on one machine. It is true that it is possible to install multiple operating systems on your computer and make it do a multi-boot function. With this kind of configuration, you are greeted with an option to choose what operating system to start when the computer boots.
But this is usually done on different Windows versions or different operating systems. Before doing a multi-boot installation on your computer, you should first learn how to properly partition your hard drive and manage the space that each operating system should occupy. It is also advisable to create a separate partition for your data files so you can still be able to access all your important files in case something went wrong with one of the operating systems installed.
