Hello,

I got my Nokia n8 yesterday and I got some problems while installing the OVI suite cd in my Windows7 64bit laptop so I download the latest version of OVI suite but I got the same problem as mentioned below So provide some solution to install OVI suite completely in my laptop.

Error: UNKNOWNComponentsDA42BC89BF25F5BDOAF18C3B9B1A1EE868AB67CA7DA7FFFFB7449A0100000010 Verify that you have sufficient access to the key,or contact your system personnel.

Installation error on ovi suite

Hi Leonard,
There is something wrong in the installation process that leads to this error.
Follow the steps to resolve it:
1) Close all the open applications in the system
2) Clear all the contents from ‘temp’ directory
3) Empty all the subfolders from C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataNokiaInstallerCache
4) Restart your computer
If the problem continues, the Windows Installer might be corrupted & not working properly. You will need to then install new Windows Installer from Microsoft website, depending on the OS of your system.
