Hallo Roger,
The cause of the error message that you are getting could be the graphics drivers that you are trying to install on the computer. The drivers could not be supporting the chipset in the system, or will not be able to work with the current system configuration. To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:
You will need to check the graphics drivers are being installed on your computer for a list of common reasons that this error occurs. First check if the drivers are one of the following:
Once you establish which drivers, you can visit the intel site and verify the common problems associated with that driver and the solution to the problems.

Dear User,
You get this error probably because you have an AGP VGA card already installed in your PC. And working well.
If you want to install this driver you should go to your BIOS when the computer starts up and then enable your integrated Graphic device. And then turn the computer off and remove the AGP card already installed in your PC.
And then proceed with the onboard VGA. Thank you.
