It is possible to install V5R2M0 client access with 32 x Windows 7. But it is giving an error message when I am installing the same with 64 x Windows 7. The error message says ‘XCOPY File – two’. Please suggest me to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
There is a limitation of this software that you cannot run in on 64bit system. So either you have to downgrade again to 32bit or try the following things.
Download the VMWare and install a virtual machine windows xp on it. Then run this software on that virtual machine you installed. Try installing both the 32bit and 64bit windows xp in virtual machine. One of them should work. It is not as lengthy process as it is to install a real operating system.
Perform a clean installation again of windows 7 and try to install it again.
Try to search for registry entries that might have been released to solve this problem.
Use CA version 7 if you are using a windows 7 64bit version
