I am trying to install Adobe Lightroom again and again but error appear installation failed. Please tell me why this error appears.

It is an error message for missing some installation file. You need to install it from another source. The best way to solve error is replaced this software with its new version if available. If you are trying to install Lightroom 2 then try to install Lightroom 3.
If you have already installed Lightroom 2 then replace it with Lightroom 3. You can find upgrade for Lightroom 2 to Lightroom 3 in Here Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5
If there is, no new version available then uninstall's it and removes its remaining files or folder from the system root directory. Then try to reinstall this software again.

There are many reasons why sometimes this kind of error appears during installation. Maybe there are inadequate resources during the installation like not enough disk space, the capacity of the installed physical RAM is not enough for the program to run efficiently, or there might be other programs that are conflicting with the process. Sometimes the actual setup files are corrupted. In this case, there is really no chance of accomplishing the task.
Try to download the software from the Adobe website. But this is a trial version only. You will need to purchase it in order to use the pro version.
