You don’t have to worry anything about your Microsoft InfoPath 2003 form to not work in Microsoft InfoPath 2007. As what was stated in the official blog site of Microsoft InfoPath and they assure that these 2 versions will work fine. And if you are working in Microsoft InfoPath 2007, you can also save forms for the 2003 version.

If while using Microsoft InfoPath 2007 you wish to create all of your forms to be compatible with Microsoft InfoPath 2003, you can set it in the Options.

In Microsoft InfoPath 2007, you can also save your forms in Microsoft InfoPath 2003 format using the Save as option.
