Hi guys,

After a successful installation of Image Quest 10.3, I decided to click on the Indexing Queue link from IQ desktop and an error message below was executed.

What is the meaning of this?

Can anyone help me?

Hi,

It could be that there is a missing file.

So to fix your problem, you just have to download the image quest 10.3 hotfix available on informasoftware.com. But since I am here to help, here is the link to download the hotfix

After downloading, before you apply the hotfix you should close all applications related to IQdesktop, ImageQuest server, client, etc.
Once closed, you just have to extract the downloaded hotfix on folders listed below and make sure to overwrite the existing files.
