“Incredimail Installation” is not working. What is not right with the installation? I need help to resolve this, can anyone help me out.

If you are using win 7 then you will get this error considering your windows explorer version is 5.5 or above.
In other operating system no problem occurs during installation, but in win7 due to extra security it shows error.
You should run the program as administrator. Right click on the setup file then runs the program as an administrator.
Everything will be ok.

You need to check whether your computer is a 32 bit or a 64 bit. If you are using a 64 bit Operating system then you might be using a 32 bit installer. To check whether its 32 bit or 64 bit, do a right click on the Computer icon and then choose Properties. It will then show a detailed information regarding your Operating system aside from the System type (32 or 64 bit), you will also see the memory allocation, CPU speed and Processor. Just find an installer that is compatible with your computer then everything should run smoothly.
