Hello Jonathan Watson,

The problem as to why you are unable to view your emails in outlook is because you have exceeded the limit to which the mailbox can accommodate. The mailbox can accommodate up to a maximum of 2GB and you are saying that you have exceeded that.

You will need to create a backup copy of some old mails so as to create more some space in the outlook mailbox for you to be able to receive mails without problems. You can save the backup copy of the mails to a safe location like an external hard drive so that you can retrieve them any time you want.

Hope this helps.
