Importing files from Outlook to Gmail

Everybody can access or manage their email by Microsoft Outlook.  So you can send your files and folder through Microsoft Outlook Express easily by use your Gmail account. But you should compress your files or folder as Zip of rar for send anywhere.  Here following the process to make files as Zip or rar :

• At first download Winrar or WinZip software from internet.

• After download that software you should install it in your PC
• Now you can compress any file as zip or rar.
• At first choose these file which you want to make zip or rar and then marks these file and then click on right button in your mouse, now click on Add to Archives  , Now select ok.
• Compress process will start automatically after press ok.
• Now attach that’s file (zip, rar) in your MS Outlook.
