The steps to import pst into Android phone is as mentioned below:
1) In the Outlook, export all the emails into .csv file
2) Open the browser, go to Gmail and login with the same account that is used for Android phone
3) Click on the inbox, select the 'Import' button
4) Navigate to the .csv file created and select the file
5) After the process is complete, the Gmail account will contain all the mails
6) On the Android phone ensure that Gmail account is synchronized
7) Go to 'Menu', 'Settings', 'Account & Sync'
8) Go to Gmail Account and select Import to transfer all data from the .csv file into the phone
9) Restart the phone when the transfer is completed, you will get all the mails in your Android phone
