I am running MultiCloud and getting annoyed, my image will not allow itself to be recognised, I have tried the support portal with not luck.
Please take a look at the picture and tell me why the image is not working.

The two error messages you see only means that, you do not have access to that specific image anymore. It could be that (a) the image’s source file has already been deleted previously, or (b) it is already private (the owner of the image might have changed its privacy settings).
What you can do is to use a different image that is available for your account to use.
