I have installed the MS groove in my home computer.

I just want to ask how can a Grove user back up all the files in all workspaces?

I'm a newbie so please help me.

Thanks!

Hello Rachel,

A propos votre question concerning MS groove voila la solution :

By Selecting Files > Save Workspace As >Archive.

The users can archived by hand  workspace data.

In archiving, all of the data working space, members, tools and other pertinent information will make only binary.

This will make a single binary file of all the data working space, members, tools and other relevant information.

Archive is used to rebuild the working space from a point in the past. Each time the archive is restored, the grove user who has  restored it will be the only person in the workspace.

In the case means that they don't currently have this new copy of the workspace on their machines, because the other members of the workspace will appear as "Suspended".

Only the user who restored the workspace can invite the members of the workspace if necessary. But it is suggested that in the case where the original workspace doesn't function as there can be uncertainty when there are duplicate copies of the same workspace. However, it is recommended that in cases where the original workspace doesn't function as there might be confusion when there are two copies of the same workspace.
