If in your Internet Explorer you installed yahoo toolbar. Better to disable or remove it. Under the Internet Explorer you will see yahoo toolbar. Then here is the steps to disable yahoo toolbar:

Step 1 –  Click the view, -> select toolbar, -> then uncheck the yahoo toolbar.  But, I suggest you much better to remove yahoo toolbar.
Step 2 – You can remove it in the Control Panel then Add or Remove Programs category. Same way at the first solution.
When removing some application, you have to restart your computer.

———————————————————————————————————————————————————————
Set the browsing to Enable third-party browser extensions*. How to do it? Follow these steps:

Step 1 – Press the windows key -> select Control panel then select Network and Internet Connections category -> select Internet Options icon.
Step 2 – Select Advanced tab -> then scroll it down and look for the Browsing.

And always keep your Operating System updated. Keeping it up-to-date helps your pc to protect against malicious program or files.

Step 1 –  Press Windows key -> select All Programs -> then click Windows Update.
Step 2 – Click on Check for Updates -> then click on Install Updates.
Step 3 – Updated Windows will ensure that your security protection is up-to-date.  Windows security protection helps to prevent Trojan viruses and may also help to fix the problems related with Trojan viruses.
Step 4 – Then restart your computer.

Have you already scan your computer using updated antivirus? This is very important to make sure that you can detect if there's virus/spyware in your computer. Then now I recommend you a good scanner, it is HDDScan a freeware programs which help you to detect viruses, Trojans and network worms. And it can fix all the problems related Ram failures, hard disk problems, Registry problems and It supports IDE, SATA, SCSI hard disk drives, Raid arrays, Flash cards and external USB/Firewire hard disks. I recommend this because some of the antivirus can't detect the viruses.

Here is the link of HDDScan:
Download now the HDDScan Installer –> http://hddguru.com/download/software/HDDScan/HDDScan_v31.zip

Hi,

I can help you fix the error message on your Internet Explorer. I suggest you to follow these steps:

>>Make sure you install the latest version of Internet Explorer on your computer. The latest version is Internet Explorer 9.

>>Confirm that the computer’s time is set correctly.

>>Try resetting your Internet setting. To reset, type “inetcpl.cpl” on the RUN command and hit enter. Select the “Advanced” tab and click on the “Reset” button.

>>If the issue does not get fixed, try removing any toolbar installed to your browser other than the default toolbar.

This should fix the issue with the Internet Explorer on your computer.
