I tried to get 0.4.4.12 but the IE tester latest download didn’t work. I've downloaded it directly from one of the software sites using IE browser. It’s freezing up. You think it’s my browser which is the problem? What other options are out there?

Sometimes downloaded software occurs some problem because of file missing. May be some file was missed or corrupted when you download your file by Internet Explorer. Although we know that IE (Internet Explorer) is very slow than any other browser. So, I want to suggest you that you should use another browser like Google chrome or Mozilla Firefox to download that file then try again. I think it will work.

There are two types of problems you may have
1. The file you downloaded may be corrupted . So Please find other download site.
2. Your IE browser may be older version. So, try to update IE before downloading . You can upgrade your IEÂ .
 Alternately, you can use other free browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
