How do you prefer your style of work with the ideal test administrator? To be more specific, what are your functions at work and what are the dissimilarities of the way we've work and the function you described?

Let me just understand your inquiry because the question is too vague for me. Is your question in regard to different management styles and its effect to your subordinates? If that's the case, it really depends upon how you would treat a certain situation at a given time. There are ways wherein you would like everything to be adhered or complied when you are an administrator due to the fact that you would like to have it your way. There are also managing styles wherein you would ask for certain opinions and suggestions so they would feel that they are part of it which is better. Although these styles can be a trial and error process because every person has its own behavior how they would like them to be approached or treated.
