I was chatting with my friend using icq and in the middle of the chat the icq crashes and closed and when I tried to open it, it is now giving me this error and it won't run anymore. What am I going to do?

The possible reasons as to why you are getting that error are the following:

The ICQ chat registry file may be missing from your computer after having been deleted accidentally.
