IBM RSA4WS Error when opening the software

Hello,

 

We have installed IBM Rational Software Architect for Websphere 8.5.1 in WINDOWS-7 in the customer place successfully. When we are opening the software IBM RSA4WS 8.5.1 we are getting the following errors. The error files are attached in the mail. Please provide the support for the following errors.

I heard that this is a very reliable source of solving such errors as the ones I have. I downloaded IBM RSA4WS from the internet and configured the installation correctly but now I can’t start the software. Whenever I do so, I get the error below. What’s happening?
