I was shocked to know that IBM Global Entrepreneur Program is been announced by IBM for Cloud Startups. It is also said that the startups on IBM’s cloud platform can access Twitter’s Social Analytics, Soft Layer Infrastructure, Cloudant’s database and Aspera’s data transfer. Is IBM providing $120k to startups to build their business in cloud?

Hello Gene C Silva,  Yes it was a quite shocked for me also. But it is quite true that IBM Global Entrepreneur Program has ben announced by IBM for starting out the cloud business. IBM is providing out $120K to startups to build their business in clouds. The chief beauty of this announcement is that client can access Twitter's Social Analytics as well as Soft Layer Infrastructure,Cloudant's database and also famous Aspera's Data Transfer.
