I want to upgrade my Lotus Notes Client software to Notes 8.5.1 FP5. But randomly the following error shows up when I am trying to type a surname in the"To: field" of a fresh memo or when trying to open an email. The error message is:

Hello Chad,
To fix up around this issue, do not copy nlsxbe.dll to a different location. Doing this will cause unfamiliar tribulations and avoid the file from getting updated in future fix packs or interim fixes.
To determine the problem, you must add the following instruction to your Operatingsystem path environment variable:
C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes
First, Right click on 'My Computer' and choose properties
Then select Advanced tab
Now click 'Environment Variables' button
Scroll down tp 'path' and select edit
Lastly, enter this -> C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes (or no matter what your program path is) and then click OK
If issues keep on disturbing, please report to the customer support to find a better solution or valid workaround. Copying nlsxbe.dll is not shored up.
