I am currently using Windows XP Professional SP2. I got an error “ialmrnt5 display driver has stopped working normally”.  This error has been running on my PC for about 9 days now and I still can’t find any fix for this. I tried to update my driver but to no avail. Is there any solution for this? Kindly please help me, Thanks!

Hi,

This error message is a result of a spyware that might have come in and corrupted a driver on your computer. Luckily, there is an easy way to get rid of this. First, scan your computer using your anti-virus software, then download the update of the Display driver from here:

Save it, open and Run, then Restart your computer.

Hi Madison00,

You need to make sure that your video driver is both updated and compatible with your computer. If you are installing a new version of the driver, follow these steps:

1. Reboot your computer in Safe Mode.

2. Uninstall Device Manager.

3. Install the updated version of the video driver.

Hope this helps.
