I have installed Microsoft Office in my Window 7. All programs of Microsoft Office accepts the Authorization code expect Outlook. I want to use Outlook to synchronize calendar on my phone. Any idea?

The following is the procedure that will help you to synchronize your outlook calendar with the Google calendar which will be able to sync with an android phone, so I am hoping that the phone that you are using is an android phone.

First of all, you will need to download the Google Calendar Sync software.

After you have downloaded it, you will need to enter your Gmail account information.

And then you will choose the 2-Way sync that will enable you to sync your Outlook with Gmail.

You will then need to set the sync interval in minutes.
As easy as that, you will have synchronized your calendar with your phone.
