It is very simple.

Open Parental Controls:

1. Click the Start button .

2. Click Control Panel.

3. Click User Accounts.

4. Click Parental Controls.

5. Click on your Account Photo.

6. Choose Parental Control OFF.

7. If  you are still getting notifications for whatever reason after doing the following, restarting of your PC is essential for the change to take effect and your problem is solved. (Optional)

Note: If you are being asked to provide the Administrator password of your Windows 7 PC, just provide the password and you will be redirected to the Parental Controls page. If it will not ask for an Administrator password, simply provide a confirmation, a dialog box which will give you an option to click "Allow" or "Continue".

*This one also applies if you have a Windows Vista PC.
