I want my Internet Explorer to always go full screen when I open it or click a link on a website but it does not go that way. I tried clicking the icon located at the top right and I also tried dragging it to full screen manually but it always goes back to default. How do I set it to full screen?

You will just need to maximize the window of you internet explorer to full screen. Look for the maximize button in the top right corner of the firefox menu and click on it. The window will be maximized. The next time you open the browser should open in a full window.
Otherwise if that does not work, you will need to hold the sides of the browser using the blinking cursor and drag them to expand the browser. Expand all the four sides of the browser. When you restart you will not get the minimized screen problem again.
