Hello,

I got a problem. I want to get rid of this error.

Hi,

For you to work around that issue with Virtual Box, you will need to clear all fields – in USB IrDA settings – as indicated in the image below:

WinXP Ports

Otherwise, you will need to check your system specs and make sure that the application is compatible with them, for the error can be as a result of compatibility issues.

  • On your computer, right click on the computer and then choose system properties.
  • After that check the system specs and check if your computer is a 32 bit or a 64 bit.
  • And then check the application and see if it matches those specifications.
  • If not, you will download another virtual box application that can work on your system.
