I was using a Lenovo laptop for a long time and its OS is Windows 7. I used wired with WiFi internet connection with IP address in numbers and it seems that my neighbors steal internet connection from me. I guess its because of the IP address that I used? Is it possible to change ip address to letters? Thanks!

IP address is used to identify a computer in a network. IP version 4 is the one we normally use and version 6 is the new one. Both the versions contain numbers in IP address.
The problem is not with your IP address,it's because your WIFI network's security is not good. The best way to secure your wifi network is to use a WPA-2 key so other's won't be able to enter your network without you giving them the password.

There are two types of IP addressing systems, IPV4 and IPV6, unfortunately both are number-based and cannot be converted into letters.
To solve the issue of unauthorized access, you can allow only one IP address, that is, the address that you use on your system, on the router.
You also need to assign a password for access to the internet, also this has to be on the router side. There are several security measures but that depends on the type and model of your router.
