I received selection error of HDR Destination Folder through HDD button

Hi,

I received an error message while selecting the HDR Destination Folder through HDD button.

Have a look at the screenshot. My operating system is Windows 7 64-bit. I thing FTP is not working smoothly with AV2HDR (v1.6).

Have you any idea for the issue?

Please help.

Hi Friend,

First u need to check few things.

1. Check the permissions on the install folder.

2. Check that u'r system have these four files AV2HDR.chm, AV2HDR.exe, MediaInfo.dll, and ftp_config.xml.

3. Memory it also require Microsoft Dot Net Framework.

4. check the FTP Settings (FTP folder permission settings for your FTP login user name)

5. Change the user permission to full control like Read, Write all.
