Resetting your browser to factory settings may resolve the issue that you're getting.

Use the following procedure:

If you are using internet explorer, do the following:

  • First open Internet Explorer.
  • And then click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
  • After that click the Advanced tab.
  • And then go under Reset Internet Explorer Settings, and then click Reset.

Hi,

Windows Live Installation is complete, in order the installation be successful you must close the Windows Explorer.

It is the hierarchical arrangement of drives, files and folders on your computer.

It also views some system drives that have been plotted to drive letters on your PC.

After closing or exiting the Windows Explorer click Retry to avoid restarting your computer and the installation is finished.
