Hi guys,

Have a look at the message attached below. I received this message while installing TrueSuite on my machine.

It indicates that I need to uninstall all the fingerprint sensor software before installing TrueSuite.

What should I do?

Please help.

You must uninstall first your fingerprint scanner sensor if you have one before installing the program. The fingerprint interfere with the installation of your program because some of its component are affected by it. It suggest that you back-up first your profile and data before uninstalling. After removing your fingerprint sensor, Restart your machine and try installing again the program.

I think you are using a HP security tool or some kind of security feature in this case you need to go step by step. First you need to install the drivers only for finger print sensor. May be a security program is not giving access to your program it can happen due to the reason that you have entered a non valid password so try to log in as a administrator and then try to install the software or disable the program first that is causing the error and then install the new one.
