Hello King,

Have you retried the performing the update again after receiving the error? If you haven't then I will suggest that you try since could have been a temporary error that occurred at that moment. If the error persists, then it could be due to a problem in the SSProfilePhotostore itself.

Regards,

NIcke

I’m sorry but the texts in the image are very hard to understand. I wish you embed a much larger image to have a better view on the error message. But anyway since the error has something to do with updating the product, you should check first if your computer presently has an active internet connection. An error like this is usually caused by poor internet connection where the service requires a fast network connection.

If you are using a 3G or 4G mobile broadband USB modem, check if your present location is capable of receiving enough signal strength to make a connection and complete the software’s update process. And also, devices such as the one I mentioned is greatly affected by huge number of users using the network and will show extremely poor network performance or connectivity during peak hours unlike with the cable type of internet. It would be better to try doing the update again during off peak hours to expect a better connection speed. If you still have problems updating your software even during off peak hours then try downloading and installing the latest version of the product instead of just updating your present version.
