Hi guys,

I received an error message while opening a file with Adobe Reader. I think my Adobe Reader needs to be upgrade.

However, it is frequently giving the error message. How can I get a remedy of this problem?

If you have any idea for the issue, please help.

Thanks in advance.

This problem could be resolved if you reader-enable the PDF files again using a later version of the ReaderExtensions server (that is LiveCycle 7, or ES). This error occurs because Adobe Reader 9 no longer supports the ubiquity technology provided by ReaderExtensions server version 5 or 6. It depends on file type also what type of file you are trying to open form Adobe reader. You can select another file to check that file is infected or your program contains errors. If the other file is working then your program is fine and you need to check the file may be it’s a new version file and contains some latest features that are not supported by the current version.
