Hi,

I received an error message after downloading a film. I do not find any reason behind this error message because I use an update version of iTunes and QuickTime.

If you have any idea for the issue, please help me to get a remedy of this problem.

Thanks in advance.

This film requires QuickTime, Which is not supported by this version of iTunes.

Hello King,

If you have set iTunes Media Folder Location to a directory in Time Capsule so that it will be saving precious HDD space on your computer, then you will need to create a new directory in Time Capsule. You can as well just try updating iTunes and see if that will work.

Regards,

Nicke

Hi

I have a solution for your iTunes and QuickTime problem. You are using an older version of Apple QuickTime and an updated version of iTunes. So when you downloaded a movie on iTunes, it displays the message. Download and update the QuickTime software and it will play.
