Hello expert,

I set up McAfee AntiVirus 14 as well as Security Center 10, I receive an error when I try to open Outlook 2007.

Hallo Helen,

It seems like is preventing Outlook from properly by blocking some outlook files. You will therefore need to open outlook and stop it from blocking the outlook as follows:

  • First you will need to open the MacAfee security centre,
  • After that you will need to go to Web and email protection
  • And the go to firewall
  • After that go to Internet connection for programs.
  • There, you will need to changeblock to full or outgoing access for outlook to prevent it from being blocked.

After try running outlook and see if it works well.
