I need some help with my Macintosh

Hi,

I need some help with my Macintosh, I can’t enjoy it because I can’t install adobe flash player. When I launch its installer, an error prompt saying "adobe flash player quit unexpectedly" pops-up. Some applications such as the DVD player won’t work but that is not my main concern.

The installed graphics drivers seem appropriate, as such, effects such as the transparent menu bar and water ripple effect are still able to run. Does this mean that this isn’t a graphic related issue?

Please check below step to resolve this issue.

1. Go to Flash Player and Open up the Finder.

2. Navigate to your system hard drive (Macintosh HD).

3. Go into the Library and select Preference Panes folders.

4. Inside Preference Panes find out "Flash Player.prefPane". Copy that to a desktop.

5. Once copied, delete the original (you'll be prompted for your password.)

Now check whether it charges or not.

Have you tried to reinstall Adobe Flash Player? If you are receiving issues, verify the following:

1. Check if your computer is allowed to install Flash Player. Check for the minimum system requirements to install it.

2. Check if you have an old Flash Player installed in your computer. If Flash Player is installed, you will see the following box that shows the version of your Adobe Flash Player:

3. Download and install the latest version from the link below:

Adobe Flash Player for Mac PC

4. Verify that your computer has enough space to install Flash Player.
