Hi. I need some help. Anybody can help me please. I know it is very good area to know any kind solution of it for it problem. My mobile trackball do not work. So it is so hard to use it. Without trackball I could not make any works in it.
Please help me how can I remove my problem?

Hi,
Most close reason is the hardware problem. May be it is a hardware problem. If it is then I can not help you. You need to go a service center for repair it. Mobile trackball do not work when it takes some damage or its optical light is not working properly. May be your optical light is broken. These problems can be repaired in service center.
Other possibility is software problem or virus. But there is less chance for this reason. Also you can try it by updating mobile’s software. If you have data cables then flash your phone first and then install a new copy of software.

It can be a software or a hardware problem. Test it to other computers and see if the device is working and then do the following:
Solution 1:
If the device is working then we can conclude that it has a problem with the software. Now try removing the existing driver of your mobile trackball in your computer. Afterwards, plug the mobile trackball back in your computer. This will do the trick.
Solution 2:
If not working then it is the hardware. You can always purchase a new one or have it replace it is still under warranty. You can also use mouse for the meantime. Also try cleaning the trackball because it might also be that it is dirty inside.
