I need your help. I am having a problem, I need to resolve this gamepad bigben pc problem. It is not working is there a compatibility issue between the game pad and with my current operating system which is windows 7 64 bit? Your suggestions and ideas will probably help me a lot to solve this problem.

If the gamepad is being detected by your computer then it is not a compatibility issue. If the gamepad is being detected by your system but the drivers are not being installed, then it is a compatibility issue. Try the following steps:
1. Check the drivers of the gamepad by connecting it to another system. If it is working then they are working fine. I they are not working then they have to be downloaded again.
2. Check if you have the correct version of the drivers available. As you are using a 64-bit operating system, the drivers should be the 64-bit drivers.
3. Check the program files folder and check for any errors in the files of the gamepad.
This should solve your problem.
