I need to reset the Windows Administrator password

Hi,

I need to reset the Windows Administrator password. I do not have a CD of any Windows 7, Server 2008, Vista or XP Setup. Please give me the instructions on using Passware Kit in resetting the password. My hard disk says that it cannot find any Windows installation when I use the Passware Kit.

Hi,

You can request the .iso setup of windows and then burn it to any blank cd and use passware kit to create a password reset bootable cd. If the error still occurs then the problem is in your RAIDSCSI controller. You can download these drivers from http://drivers.brothersoft.com/scsi_raid/. While creating your password reset bootable cd, specify your driver downloaded location and passware kit will copy that on the image and you will be able to reset the administrator password.
