I need LAN traffic tools for monitoring traffic usage

Good day everyone.  Can someone suggest LAN traffic tools that I could choose from?  I need to monitor traffic usage per user, IP address and adapter speed.  I'm on a Windows Vista 64 bit system.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks.
