A trojan virus recently infected our company network and I think it screwed our online ticket tracking system. It can't seem to connect to the system server and gives a page cannot be displayed error. Any ideas?

In order to find the problem you need to check everything. First thing to do is to check if your software is connected to the server (since the error you reported says it can't reach the server). If you have a connection to the server then you should check if your server is infected or maybe shut down. Last thing you can do is to reboot the server and your software and reinitialize everything.
