A trojan virus recently infected our company network and I think it screwed our online ticket tracking system. It can't seem to connect to the system server and gives a page cannot be displayed error. Any ideas?

In order to find the problem you need to check everything. Â First thing to do is to check if your software is connected to the server (since the error you reported says it can't reach the server). Â If you have a connection to the server then you should check if your server is infected or maybe shut down. Â Last thing you can do is to reboot the server and your software and reinitialize everything. Â
