I need help on how to unzip RAR file in FTP
I have exactly realized your points. As a web Developer I am giving you the best suggestion for using file transfer protocols. There are two type two types of ftp client software. One type is Windows/MAC based such as WinSCP, FireFTP, FileZilla etc .This type of ftp client software can’t allow the user to unzip the uploaded compressed file. If you compress the files using any software then it can be uploaded to your server via these type of ftp client software and it will remain uncompressed. Another type of ftp is web based package like net2ftp, phpWebFTP,myweb etc. This type of software allows the user to unzip the compressed files. The best friend of user for file transferring is net2ftp.This allows working under safe mode, net2ftp can easily be integrated in other PHP applications. The compressed files will be automatically uncompressed after uploading to desired directory via this protocol .You can download and enjoy the features of net2ftp:: http://www.net2ftp.com/homepage/download.html .
With Best Regards
